Mediterranean Crusty Flat Bread

Had one of those just use 'what's in the fridge' meals the other night.... Started off with this lovely flat bread recipe using the left over mash potato, and then threw on some mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, olives and pesto. Delish!

  3. Glennie - it's always a bit hit and miss, but you can't go wrong with mozzarella and fresh basil :)
